Everitt Founder, Everitt Enterprises Originally moving to Fort Collins in 1953 to purchase and manage a local lumberyard, Mr. Everitt soon expanded the lumber business into real estate development and home building. The Everitt organization grew rapidly with operations eventually locating throughout Colorado and into select communities within Wyoming, Kansas, and Oklahoma.
